He was very friendly, very informative, and patient with all my questions. I was also very happy he put on booties before he came in my house because it was snowing out. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with BP Residential Heating & Cooling, and I definitely would use them again when I have a need.
Michael was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He talked me through a quick assessment of the situation over the phone before he could get here, and arrived promptly as scheduled. I thought the price was very reasonable, less than I had guessed it was going to be. He also pointed out a few things that should be attended to soon. Some of these smaller businesses can offer better prices and more personable service than others. Very professional overall.
The repairman arrived promptly and was extremely personable and friendly. He was not at all in a rush and took the time to answer every question and to explain how various components worked. Nothing was done without my approval and the cost of each part replaced was very clear before he proceeded. I absolutely will use this provider for all future needs.
